8/01:  "Defend Ecstasy" alert appears on a pro-drug legalization website and is asking its viewers to oppose S-1208 which would increase sanctions against Ecstasy.   It is imperative to remember that the same individuals who are now pushing the use of Ecstasy, and claiming that it is needed for its "medical" potential (even though 99.9999999% of those using Ecstasy are using it to get high), are the same do-drugs groups that have been pushing the medicalization of pot.  Perhaps if the public could make this connection, they would become angry enough to join in putting a stop to such travesties.  PLEASE WRITE LETTERS IN SUPPORT of Senator Bob Graham's bill, S-1208.  Graham's fax number is 202-224-2237.
